This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse.
Purchases
When you buy, you are taken to the checkout of our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, which collects your name, email, billing details and payment information under its own privacy policy. We never see your full card details. We receive your name, email, country and order details so we can deliver the product, provide support and keep the records the law requires.
If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply and to support you. We do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.
How long we keep data
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Support emails are deleted when no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@nuvlek.com. We do not sell personal data.
