Software

If the software does not work for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will either help you fix the problem or refund you in full.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time; it stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. A first payment can be refunded within 14 days on request.

E-books

Because e-books are delivered instantly, they are generally not refundable once downloaded. If a file is faulty or is not what was described, email us and we will replace it or refund you.

How to ask

Email hello@nuvlek.com with your order number. Refunds are paid by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, to your original payment method.
